Zucca started with a conversation. A friend working in CPG happened to mention how messy product development was; details falling through the cracks, teams constantly chasing each other for basic information. As a venture builder at an AI lab in the wake of ChatGPT launching, I couldn't help but think, maybe there was a new way to go about this.

That led to hundreds more conversations with R&D Brand, and Innovation leaders, all describing some version of the same thing. It was the kind of problem that had resisted software solutions for decades; too unstructured, too cross-functional, too dependent on domain expertise and context that didn't fit neatly into a database.

Zucca is what came out of those conversations, and we're just getting started.
